Do I have to have a red side and a black side on my racket?
If you play tournaments, you must have one red side and one black side. Otherwise, you can choose whatever colors you want.
If you play HardBat, you will want to check www.HardBat.com for current USATT rules and approved rubbers.
When will I receive my order?
We ship same day as much as possible. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Orders within the Continental United States will arrive in about two days. First Class Mail to Canada takes about 2 weeks. First Class Mail outside North America can take as long as 4 weeks. International Priority Mail should arrive in 6-10 business days and International Express Mail should arrive in 3-5 business days. We will send you an email with your tracking number as soon as it is available. Please be aware we do not guarantee shipping times.

What if I have a promotional code?
Enter your promotional code on the shopping cart screen in the coupon or gift card area. If you have problems using a promotional code, please contact us at 630-999-8178 or sales@ttxonline.com.
Will you assemble my racket?
Yes, we offer free racket assembly. Just add the "free racket assembly" product to your shopping cart or write 'Please assemble" in the order notes. If you ordered more than one setup or multiple rubbers, please let us know which rubbers to put on which racket in the order notes or by email atsales@ttxonline.com. We will also put edge tape on the racket.
Can I send you my old racket to assemble with new rubbers?
Yes. Send us your old racket and place an order for the new rubbers. Be sure to let us know you are sending us a racket in the order notes or by email at sales@ttxonline.com so we do not send out the rubbers in the meantime. We will remove the old rubbers and adhesive and put on the new rubbers and edge tape.
In the U.S., the quickest, cheapest way to send us your racket is to wrap it in some bubble wrap and put it in a USPS flat rate priority mail envelope.
